Rob Keener is the Chef and Owner of Square 1. Growing up in Hickory, NC around the Furniture Market, he began working in kitchens at age thirteen. While attending NC State in Raleigh, Rob worked with talented chefs before moving to Vail, Colorado. Travels to Europe and South America have influenced the cooking style as well, but the underlying Southern Cuisine shines through. Enjoy!
